This is our 35th year for the Craft Show. It will be the second year at the Harvard Moose Lodge shelter. We are looking for hand-crafted items, fine art and home party shows. Commercial gifts, if approved by committee, will be accpeted. No flea-market allowed. The Crafts & "Udder" Neat Stuff Show is part of Harvard's 70th Annual Milk Days Festival, the longest continous running festival in the State of Illinois. Milky Way Park is located just off Route 173 West, Harvard. Promoter provides coffee and rolls in the am. Show opens at 10 am and runs until 4 pm. In order to present a high caliber show, all new entries must submit 3 phots of their craft, one of them doing craft, also 3 references and list of last three shows with contacts names and phone numbers. Gifts will be kept separate from crafters. Limited number of spaces per category available. Illinois Sale Tax numbers are mandatory. Contact the Milk Days Office for an application.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Hand-made items only for crafts, commercial allowed for "Udder" Neat Stuff. No flea market allowed. Illinois Sales Tax number required by law. Three photos of craft must accompany application along with payment, one of crafter doing craft. List of references required as well as last three shows with contacts.Common Rules Selected:

na) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

From Wisconsin, Rte 14 south to Harvard, continue over viaduct, turn right on East Brink St - 1/4 mile on right hand side. From Crystal Lake, Rte 14 North to Harvard, turn left on Brink Street 1/4 mile to Harvard Moose on right side. From Hebron, take Rte 173 to Harvard, turn left onto South Division to Brink Street, turn right, 1/4 mile on right hand side.
