This is not a one-of-a-kind craft or food product show! Expect Competition!!!

Check in before setting up.
Spaces will be marked. Stay within those lines.
Tents will be setup side-by-side in rows.
No mass-produced (commercial crafts).
Tables must be neatly skirted to the floors.
Do not bring another crafter to share space. Our juried crafters are by invitation only.
No SALE or REDUCED signs.
Tables may be supplied to the inside vendors. All pavillion and outside vendors must supply own tables, chairs, etc.
No toy/projectile crafts demonstrated outside of booth.
Selling of water/drinks are prohibited.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

All items must be hand made or embelished.

From North or South travel I-79 to Exit 105
From Northbound I-79, turn left onto Hackers Creek Road
From Southbound I-79, turn right onto Hackers Creek Road
JLVFD is on lefthand side of road (approximately 1 mile)

From East; travel US 33 westbound until intersection with I-79; follow directions for Northbound I-79 above
From West; travel US 50 eastbound until intersetion with I-79; follow directions for Southbound I-79 above

Using Route 19 as alternate path, follow Rt 19 either north or south until reaching Jane Lew.
Hackers Creek Road (I-79 markers) intersects with RT 19.
JLVFD will be on righthand side of rode.
