Anuual Art and Craft Fair held to raise money for the Student Art Clubs of the Kimberly Area School District. There will be a raffle and Brat fry during the fair. Doors open at 9am until 3pm.
Advertising Done for This Event
Every parent in the district will receive a notice of the Craft fair, and it will be lisited on the Kimberly website. We are advertising on all news and radio websites. The show will be advertised in all local newspapers as well.
Event/Application Rules & RegulationsCommon Rules Selected:
Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
