In addition to our craft fair, our school book fair will also be open, and we will be hosting a demonstration from a local martial arts team.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations

Everyone will be responsible for thei own booth, cash box and displays. Everyone must stay within their booth boundaries at all times. All merchandise must be attractively displayed within your booth. All booths are ona a first come, first serve basis, electricity needs are arranged so as not to create conflict with outher vendors booths. There will be NO booth movement the day of the show. Description of craft/artwork/items must be submitted with the application. Please submit photos of your items or booths from previous shows. Your application cannot be considered without them. Spring Fling will be held inside. No fees will be refunded for any reason. All booth houlders will be required to donate one item from their display to the raffle held at the end of the show. Magnolia Parkway Elem. is a smoke-free campus. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE!
Common Rules Selected: Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
