100's of Artists and Crafters from all over the state converge on Champlin Park High School (6025 109th Ave N, Champlin) for the premier craft show in this area. Along with old favorites, there is always something new and exciting. 9 am - 3 pm -- Hand-Crafted Items only. 14th annual sale held at Champlin Park High School. This show is a fundraiser for Community Education allowing Adult Learning programs to be brought to the district throughout the year. Huge sale very well attended.

Heavily promoted in local papers and state wide edition. Local Cable TV promotions. Large highway sign. 5,000+ flyers sent home with area students. Advertised in promotional catalog to 89,000+ households.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
All items sold or displayed at the show must be handcrafted and made by the crafter.
Applications are taken as space allows. Payment must accompany application to reserve space. Booth space is approximatelly 10 feet wide x 8 feet deep. You need to supply all materials for your display, including tables, extension cords, etc. (Two (2) folding chairs are provided). You will receive confirmation noting if you are accepted in the show after your application is reviewed. Confirmations will be mailed/emailed in early September. Space location assignments will be sent in September. A $7 processing fee applies if booth is cancelled and refund is requested. No refunds after August 19, 2005.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
