Holiday craft show and gift market
Vendors are not allowed to sublet or resell their booth. No booth closure prior to 4 pm Saturday. We request a silent auctio item valued at $25 or more be presented during the check-in process. Gallery booths offer adequate space for some merchants but are not for everyone. A table and chair are provided. No alcoholic beverages on the premises. No smoking inside the church. Vendors will not be allowed to sell food or beverages (concessions provided by The Foundry Church). The Foundry Church reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items during the event. This is a craft show and bazaar. NO GARAGE SALE ITEMS! State sales tax is the responsibility of each vendor.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Vendors are not allowed to sublet or resell their booth. As part of registration, we request a silent auction item valued at $25 or more be presented during the check-in process on Saturday (all proceeds go toward Missions). Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises. No smoking inside the church. Vendors will not be allowed to sell food or beverages. Food and beverage concessions will be provided by The Foundry Church. The Foundry reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items during the event. The Foundry will not be responsible for accidents, injuries and/or lost or stolen merchandise or other items. Please, no garage/yard sale items. Please do not bring hay or straw into the church. NO 10x10 tents are allowed inside the buildings. NO tape or staples on the walls, floors or other fixtures. No items will be displayed in the main hallway windoes that blocks the view. Vendors must have adequate change to handle all transactions. Change will not be available to vendors on site. State sales tax is the responsibility of each vendor. No refunds on cancellations made after Sept. 15. No refunds due to weather, as we will hold this event rain or shine. All upstairs booths are reserved for outdoor vendors in case of rain. You must check in no later than 8 am on Saturday. At 8:30, all unoccupied booths will be reassigned to other vendors. Please, NO booth closures prior to 4 pm. Chairs will be provided inside. Outdoor vindors will need to provide their own tables and chairs. If you are using electricity we ask that you limit usage to a standard 110v outlet/250W total for your booth. Please watch for tripping and electrical hazards. Run cords beneath tables. Be very careful in running electrical serviceCommon Rules Selected:
Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
