Annual School Arts & Craft Show
The Lutheran High Chamber Singers will perform, as well as area Lutheran grade school choirs and bands. Individual and small groups of students will perform at various times and locations throughout the show.
Advertising Done for This Event
7500 postcards to prior show-goers, flyers mailed to crafters for distribution at other shows and to customer mailing lists, flyers and posters distributed by students to area businesses, event listing in AAA Michigan Living Magazine, ad in Observer newspapers in five surrounding communities, Great Stuff e-mail newsletter (sponsored by the Detroit News and WWJ radio), Sunday church bulletin inserts three weeks prior to show in 35 area Lutheran churches, in ground signs on street corners two weeks prior to show, posting on Westland City Hall's electronic message board one month prior to show.

Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
