This event will be held at Embassy Club in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The event is scheduled to host home party representatives, business representatives and crafters from Iowa. With a large number of spaces available this event is an all day shopping experience for the visitor. Food will be provided during the event. Home party representatives will be limited to 1 representative from each company unless they are sharing the same space. Business vendors will be limited to rental of 3 spaces. Additional information on this show will continue to be posted. All items are welcome from the home party line, craft lines and tools, gardening items and so on. Spaces must be paid for in order to reserve them. You can pay online thru paypal at . Email us at for the complete contract for the show.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
1. all vendors must remain open till 4 pm with no early tear down.
2. table covers must cover any items that are under the table, no stock boxes are to be showing
3. no smoking in the building, no pets unless medically needed
4. no early tear down
5. trash to be removed to nearest recepticle
Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
