The CBI Fall Craft Fair is scheduled for Saturday, November 15th from 9 AM -3 PM in the Mason High School cafeteria.
Set up is Sat morning from 6 AM -9 AM.
The CBI students are planning and sponsoring this event. It is the
same weekend as the Holiday Arts and Craft Tour in Mason. In return,
the information is made know to the general community encouraging their participation. Our fall craft fair is often very successful and many individuals show up to purchase craft items. The fair is quickly coming upon us and we hope you to decide to participate with us!

Mason High School Building Use Agreement
I agree to be responsible for all charges incurred as a result of this activity and to assume responsibility for the condition of all facilities and items requested and/or used. In the event of breakage, damage or theft I agree to promptly reimburse Mason Public Schools in the amount of the damage, repair, or replacement cost incurred as a result of this activity. Further, I and the organization or group I represent agree to indemnify (to save and hold harmless) the Mason Public School district, its agents, officers and employees against property or personal loss damage/or liability that may be suffered by the school district, its officers and employees caused by, arriving out of, or in anyway connected with the use by permit holders of the Mason Public School District facility or the experience of the privilege herein granted.

Common Rules Selected:
Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
