Holiday Craft Bazaar & Silent Auction with raffle, concessions, baked goods and unique vendors that support the families of the Westerville, Ohio Police Department and their Officer Down Fund. The Officer Down Fund provides financial assistance to families of the WPD during a financial crisis. The Craft Show welcomes food vendors, baked goods, handcrafted items, retail items, children's, home interiors, party plans and more. We pride ourselves on our uniqueness, quality, fairness to vendors and more. Vendors receive a complimentary lunch for each space rented, as well as help setting up, tearing down and free coffee & donuts in the morning. Come experience this great event!!!
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
HUGGS reserves the right to refuse vendors at their discretion. No sub-letting of tables. All items must be listed on application. No tearing down early. New Vendor? Please email photos.Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
Retail Items Allowed.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.

Take 270 to 161 East. (There is construction at this exchange). Almost immediately you will exit 161 East onto Sunbury Road. Stay in the right hand lane to make the exit easy. Once you exit onto Sunbury Road, go North on Sunbury Road. The church is a few miles north and will be on your left. Look for the church steeple and you will know you are close. If you get to Central College Road, you have just missed the church entrance, which will be on your left.
