Advertising Done for This Event
We will be advrtising locally thorughout the towns of Wilington, Reading, North Reading, Woburn, Wakefield, Tewskbury and Andover. Advrtising will include ads in local papers, fliers distributed by local merchants, online event pages as well as announcements at local community events
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
•You must submit your application and payment no later than October 31st in order to secure your spot in the fair.
•This event will take place Novemebr 12th from 9AM – 3PM at the High School, located at 189 Park Street in North Reading.
• Booth spaces are 6′ x 3′ and cost $45 plus a donation from your inventory or 12′ x 3′ and cost $85 plus a donation from your inventory. Donated items will be place on our NRSB raffle table.
•You are not allowed to share your space.
•Your fee covers table space, table(s) + two chairs. This event is indoors, so no need for a canopy. Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
•Vendors are responsible for supplying their own display items, table dressings and any additional equipment beyond what is being provided.
•All fees must be paid by the by the October 31th deadline in order for your space to be secured.
•Please send an email to once you have mailed your registration/ payment. A short-term hold (3 business days) will be place on your spot (pending receipt of payment).
•Space will be available on a FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED basis and cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.
•You’ll be notified by email when you payment has been received and your space secured.
•You will be assigned your table location via email 1 week prior to the event.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. No Eating or Drinking permitted at booth. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Artist must be present day of show.

All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to leave.
Exhibitors must wear name badges.
