Cost per space (approximately 8� wide X 5� deep) is $35.00 (After November 1, 2013 the cost will be $45.00). Each space comes with two chairs. Tables (8� x 30�) are available for $8.00 each. Electric is $5.00 extra. 235 spaces are available. Previous Pattonville crafters will have until March 1, 2013 to reserve the same space. After that date, spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis. This event is sponsored by the Pattonville Band Boosters Association. SETUP: FRIDAY, December 6, 2013 � 7: 00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. Doors will open at exactly 7:00 p.m. and close precisely at 8:30 p.m. Due to prior commitments, only spaces in the Cafeteria & Multi- Purpose room will be available for Friday evening setup. Note: The Pattonville School District, Pattonville High School, and Pattonville Band Boosters Association are not responsible for any items left on the premises overnight. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2013 � 6:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. Doors will open at exactly 6:30 a.m. All crafters must be completely set up by 8:45 a.m. As usual, band members and parent volunteers will be on hand to assist.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
All items to be sold must be hand-crafted, with the exception of Direct Sales. Set up times: Friday December 6, 2013, 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Doors will open at exactly 7:00 p.m. and close precisely at 8:30 p.m. Remember, only the Cafeteria & Multi-Purpose room�s will be available to set up Friday evening Saturday, December 7, 2013, 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Doors will open at exactly 6:30 a.m. All crafters must be completely set up by 8:45 a.m. The Pattonville School District, Pattonville High School, and Pattonville Band Booster Association are not responsible for any items left on the premises overnight. Anyone NOT at their space by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the fair will forfeit their space(s). Other crafters may purchase your space. There will be NO REFUNDS. Move your vehicle to the designated parking area as soon as you finish unloading to allow other crafters access to the unloading area. All crafters are required to leave their displays up until 3:00 p.m. on the day of the fair. Packing and/or leaving early is unfair to other crafters as well as to the consumer. All displays must be ready no later than 8:45 a.m. on the day of the fair. NO REFUNDS will be given after August 31, 2013. Only cash or cashier�s check will be accepted after November 1, 2013. Crafters are responsible for bringing adequate change. We will not be able to make change for you. Confirmation of your space(s) will be sent to you after October 1, 2013 only if you have sent a stamped self-addressed legal sized envelope with your application. Children MUST be accompanied/supervised by an adult. There is not adequate space to allow playpens behind your table. Be considerate of those next to you. Pattonville School District has designated Pattonville High School as smoke free environment. Smoking or use of tobacco products is not allowed in the buildings or on the campus grounds.Common Rules Selected:
Vendors can share a booth. Spots are selected by vendors day of show - first come, first pick. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
