We have revamped our Crafts Show to an Arts & Crafts Show/Flea Market. Also, it has been extended to a three day show to be held on the same weekend as Harvard Milk Days. It will be located near the Carnival grounds but yet slightly separately. We are looking for hand-crafted items, fine art and home party shows. Commercial gifts, if approved by committee, will be accpeted. This is Harvard's 72nd Annual Milk Days Festival. Milky Way Park is located just off Route 173 West, Harvard. Promoter provides coffee and rolls in the am. Show opens at 5 pm on Friday, May 31st until 10 pm. On Saturday the show opens at 3-10 and on Sunday from 12-10. Limited number of spaces per category available. Illinois Sale Tax numbers are mandatory. Contact the Milk Days Office for an application.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Entries will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. All exhibitors shall provide their own tables, chairs, displays, etc. No dealer may share, sublet or substitute with prior authorization or dismantle booth before closing.Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials will be returned to you. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Permit Phone:
na) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
