Description
Friday, August 29 at 7pm the Pee Wee Bowen Band Kicks off the 4 Day event and joins our annual Sock Hop as Featured Band. Admission is $5.00 and is located at Alvin Rotary Park, 6808 CR 172 in Alvin. Yes, come dressed like the 50's and participate in the dance and hula hoop contests. BYOB, set ups and soft drinks will be available.
Saturday, August 30th join in the BenEEzy Purple Monkey Fun Run DATE: TIME: 7:15 a.m. Kids 1K (Alvin High School track)
8:00 a.m. 5K/10K

Then enter your "classic ride" in the Route 6 Rendezvous" Car & Bike Show at National Oak Park, Alvin. We'll also feature Unique Arts & Crafts, music and activities for the kids! Registration 8 - 11 a.m.; Judging 12 - 2:30 p.m.; Awards 3 p.m.; Swap meet and vendor booths all day. 1st, 2nd & 3rd awarded in each class. Entry fee $25.
Show starts at 9 a.m. (Vendors & Vehicle Owners contact Judy at 281-331-3944).
The family will also enjoy the "All American Parade" beginning at 10 a.m. Staurday, August 30th. Kazoo band, floats, horses, antique tractors and more! Parade begins at the American Legion Hall.
Also, visit Alvin's Historic Depot for "Depot Days". Artisans, musicians, Antique Tractor Show etc. Saturday & Sunday August 30th & Sept. 1st.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
