Description
What a success our first show was for our school and the comments back from our exhibitors have been amazing!  I hope you had a chance to visit us as a shopper.  If you did, you already know this is a show to be involved with.

We have read each and every single word that came back on our show surveys.  All comments were taken to heart along with things we noticed ourselves, and we have made some needed changes to improve.  Though the show was a hit, it can always get better.  We have updated our application and the guidelines to reflect those changes.  We have cycled some vendors out to keep the show fresh from year to year.

We expect to fill even earlier than last year.  I continued to receive requests for our show info well after show date this year!  The earlier that we close the show, the earlier we are able to get vital info out to each of you.  We will not be able to extend our deadline this year, as we did before.

We are a large school system (3700 students) bordering Kalamazoo and VanBuren counties. All arts and crafts must be handmade by the vendor.  Only one of each "party plan" home business is allowed. Email  for guidelines and application forms. All proceeds benefit the students and teachers of Mattawan Middle School.

Advertising Done for This Event
We will advertise in the following ways...sent home with each student by weekly building flyers, our quarterly newsletter to all district residents, WKZO, local businesses, newspapers, on the internet, Community calendar of TV stations, signs posted on major intersections, and through participating vendors.
