Event Listing Upgrade Types - Overview
EventLister.com and CraftLister.com are 2 names for the same website sharing one database,
so changes made on one site affect both.
Users see only events in the categories selected in their account settings.
Adding event listings to our database is totally free!
We do sell listing upgrades which work, but any upgrade can also be earned for FREE in trade and
are unnecessary for basic results.
Promoters can optionally upgrade their event listing so that more people look at them.
We also let other websites access our raw event listing database and re-displaying it for free through our
API; these syndicates simply re-display our listings and do not recognise our
different 'upgrade' levels - all listings are treadted the same by them.
Free Listing – $0, non-full users will see all details except website address for the
1 months prior to each event, emailed to area vendors weekly
for 1 month(s) prior. All 'full-member' users will see even
this level of lsitings as soon as they are psoted by you. Every listing starts off at this level.
Paid Listing – $75.00 or FREE w/ trade, all details always accessible to everyone,
including your website, emailed to area vendors weekly for 1 months prior.
Free if you mention our site to your vendors on your printed application and/or website.
Highlighted Listing – $250.00, all details always accessible to everyone, yellow background
in search results and weekly email, emailed to area vendors weekly as soon as posted.
Free if you mention us on application and website and flyers and some advertisements or signs.
Featured Listing – $400.00, all details always accessible to everyone, yellow background with
orange border in search results and yellow background in email, much larger font size for show name in search
results, photo of event shown in search results, promoter name and contact info shown in search results
and weekly email for extra brand exposure, emailed to area vendors weekly as soon as posted.
Free if you mention us on application and website and all flyers and all advertisements and all signs.
Prices are one time fees per event listing, not per unit of time. This means that if you upgrade an event listing sooner it will be
a better value because it will be upgraded for a longer time for the same set fee. If you list multiple events
or if your event is more than once per year each listing you want to upgrade must be upgraded individually.
Listings lose their upgraded status after they happen (since everyone can see all past listings)
and each year of an event is considered a seperate listing, though we link them for ease of navigation.
