Lots of new listings and site upgrades in recent weeks!
During the last month, we've added about 10,000 event listings. This due to many anticipated approximate dates being imported from last year, but also many confirmed dates found on an increasing number of sites we index as an event search engine. During the last month, a decent number of applications were also received by us in the mail – about 700 app pages for about 300 events were received and scanned – we now have almost 5,000 total scanned archived app pages and over 700 upcoming event listings with scanned apps available online (4 % of all listed events w/ exhibitors).
PLEASE HELP AND SEND US APPLICATIONS WE DO NOT HAVE YET!
The EventLister.com API has gained 2 new large users that are currently implementing its use on their site. These sites have been given online interfaces that they can use to help confirm approximate dated events and help clean our shared data in other ways.

Your help is needed to maintain CraftLister.com let alone improve it. I have not been able it upgrade hardware or even replace failed hardware in the last few years. I have made do with this hardware even though site usage has grown and site functionality has increased only by continual refinement of old code to squeeze all that is possible out of these servers. I recently started making much of my personal 'site change log' available publicly online so that users can keep up with changes and see what is new or improved. http://www.craftlister.com/admin/misc/site_change_log.php – or the 'Site Change Log' link on the bottom of any page.
I almost have what is required to order the hardware. The new setup will still need a new switch, 2 IP KVMs, a new IP power strip, and other misc items. But, there is the thousands of dollars in server admin fees for the upgrade to proceed. This I do not have and so have not started. I have found a new site server administrator and have thoroughly gone over the planned upgrades with him, but have not given him the go-ahead.
