Promoters, please mention EventLister.com on you application and on your website. We will upgrade your event if you do and let us know. If you mention us in advertisements, especially if you do not have your own website and advertise your CraftLister.com or EventLister.com personal page one, we will even FEATURE your event listing!
CraftLister.com / EventLister.com now scans event applications and makes them available for free public download from your listing as a universally compatible JPG image.
We will scan your application(s) and make them available for download on your event listing! Send us a printed copy to our mailing address with your event numbers. You must already have the event on our site and send an Event Number with or on the application – We will NOT enter your event info for you, only scan the application documents and place them online for download on your already existing free event listing.

PLEASE MAIL EVENTLISTER.COM COPPIES OF ANY AND ALL APPS YOU RECEIVE!
190 pages have been received and scanned so far and placed on event listings' as printable jpg images.
Artists and Crafters can now postal (snail) MAIL un-filled-out APPLICATIONS for shows that they receive in the mail or print from promoters' web sites to us for free/earned membership time! You will receive 10 days of membership time for each event application you mail to us. Simply send apps you know you are not doing, or photocopies of any you receive – you can earn as much time as you like this way! Send to: EventLister.com, 111 Sebring Rd., Dickson City, PA 18519 – include your email or user number for credit!!! If you know the event is already on our site, you can still earn the credit, but please include our Event Number for it on a note so we can associate it to that event. Eventually, all will be scanned and made available right on event listings.

Still looking for ideas on how event comments should work. The results of your comments and the planned changes to the event comments functionality will all be published next week. Please send your ideas with the online form here: http://www.CraftLister.com/contact I've read some fantastic ideas already and almost every comment gives additional insight into how people think about and use the site.
So far, most people have said to do more reminding, more asking for comments to be left, make it easier, etc. That aspect I already am aware of and I thought that I was covering all the bases by having it in every weekly newsletter in a few places, links on every event listing, and an 'about comments' link under the Events menu tab. Along with changes to how comments and ratings work, I'll be placing many more reminders and requests for them throughout the site as suggested.
